Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate. Best enjoyed within 6 weeks. Freezing is okay, but condensation during thawing can sometimes make the design sweat a little. If you do freeze them, keep the cookies sealed in an airtight container inside their original packaging. Thaw at room temperature at least one day before you need them. Do not touch or move the cookies while they thaw to prevent any colour from running.
