Everything you need to know about planning your custom order

The sooner, the better! We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance as spots fill quickly.
Peak seasons (July–September & holidays): Book early to secure your date.
Minimum notice: 10 days for all custom orders.
Short-notice orders: May be accommodated with a rush fee (subject to availability). Contact us for urgent requests.

Custom Cakes
$150–$250+: Minimal cakes (simple piping or writing)
$250–$400+: Detailed single-tier or simple two-tier (fondant accents, light florals, figurine/topper)
$400–$650+: Highly detailed (multiple figurines, sculptural designs, custom florals, intricate piping, complex tiers)
$650+: Large tiered cakes and showpieces
Custom Cookies
From $58+ per dozen for basic two-colour designs
From $65+ per dozen for detailed designs
Heat-sealing with ingredient label: +$0.50 per cookie (Minimum 2 dozen cookies per order)
Custom Cupcakes
Classic swirl: $60+ per dozen
Themed designs: $78+ per dozen
Mini cupcakes: $27+ per dozen (Minimum 1 dozen per flavour)

Gluten-Friendly: Available but not 100% gluten-free due to possible cross-contamination.
Vegan & Dairy-Free: Not available.
Nut Policy: We do not bake with nuts, but cross-contamination is possible.

Yes! We offer Calgary-only delivery:
Courier Delivery: Contactless, non-time-specific (10 AM–6 PM). Starts at $15.
Bakery Team Delivery: Time-specific delivery for delicate cakes requiring special handling. Starts at $25+.
Outside Calgary: Pickup required. Let us know when placing your order.
To keep your cake safe:
Use a Flat Surface: Place on the floor of your car, not the seat.
Drive Carefully: Avoid sharp turns, sudden stops, or bumps—drive like you have a "newborn."
Keep Cool: Use air conditioning, avoid direct sunlight, and keep the cake secure from loose objects.
Yes! Please send an inquiry with your request.
Buttercream Cakes: Best served at room temperature. If not serving the same day, refrigerate and store leftovers in an airtight container. Consume within 1–2 days.
Fondant Cakes (or cakes with fondant/wafer paper accents): Store in a cool, dry area—do not refrigerate.
Cookies: Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Best within 7–10 days.
Fresh flowers add beauty to cakes but require care:
Lifespan: Flowers stay fresh for up to 8 hours after installation. Keep in a cool, shaded area.
Before Serving: Remove all flowers, as they are not edible and may contain non-consumable substances.
Edible Flowers: Available upon request—let your designer know if you prefer this option.
By choosing fresh flowers, you accept their perishable nature and handling requirements.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place—avoid sunlight & humidity.
Before Serving: Some toppers (e.g., fondant, wafer paper) may contain non-edible structural supports (e.g., toothpicks, wires)—remove them before serving.
Avoid Refrigeration: Fondant cakes should not be refrigerated, as humidity may cause melting.
Full payment is required for all custom orders at the time of booking.
All deposits are non-refundable but may qualify for credit in specific cases. Contact us as soon as possible for rescheduling—availability is not guaranteed.
