The Rose | Signature Custom Cake

• Pickup
  Available on Sundays from 10 AM–1 PM at a Coach Hill residential location.
  Special requests may be accommodated if you need a different date.
  Full pickup details will be provided after your order is confirmed.
   
• Delivery
  Available Tuesday to Saturday, between 10 AM–6 PM. Standard delivery is contact-free with no specific time window.
  Time-specific delivery is scheduled within a two-hour window between 10 AM and 6 PM.
  Let us know your preferred time window, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  For time-specific delivery requests, please email info@blackdogbakery.ca in advance to confirm availability.

• Add a piped message in the window provided (note: this may adjust the surface design).

• Choose up to three custom colours.

• To change the base colour, let us know—otherwise, it will remain as shown.

• Colours may vary slightly from photos.

• Fresh flower cakes must be picked up or delivered on the day of your event, as flowers are best enjoyed fresh.

Keep refrigerated if not serving right away.
Bring to room temperature at least 2 hours before serving.
Storage details will be provided with your order.

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 5 days in advance.
Refunds are not available for cancellations after this time.
Last-minute changes may incur a fee.

•  Our cakes are made without nuts, but ingredients may come from facilities that handle them.
• We offer gluten-free-friendly options, though our kitchen is not gluten-free.
• Vegan cakes or diabetic friendly items are not available at this time.
